NoDirection, I know how you feel, my D has been going on for almost a year now, and it seems like every other month, I get a letter from the courts telling me that it will be dismissed in 14 days because they haven't heard from either of us.
I am in limbo at this point, I need to know which road to take, whether it is I have to D her, or start full custody proceedings. I don't have a clue, as of yet. but one or the other will happen.
On a positive note, I am glad that you are getting your son 50% of the time, but I think they way you have talked about her, that you should have him more, and be the primary parent, just a little thing you might want to consider, when you talk with your lawyer about the final D.
