I noticed that I could eat everything in site from 4 - 7. So, I started eating smaller meals every 2 hrs. Not really meals I guess just eating something. I've been doing it this week and notice it has helped.
I have a slim fast or oatmeal for breakfast, piece of fruit or yogart 2 yrs later, slim fast for lunch, fruit or yogart around 2 and again around 4. Then I eat a little something at supper time but try to not eat after 7pm. Also, been trying to drink at least 8 cups of water daily. Lost 2 lbs. this week!
