I am so happy because I signed the contract for my cute new little apartment today which I can afford all on my own. I'm not homeless anymore!! I can't tell you how depressing it has been to remain living in this big old drafty albatross house which was a constant reminder of my failed marital partnership. I didn't even fully comprehend it until today. Yippee! One more degree of freedom achieved. I'm going to sell or throw out just about everything except some valuable stuff I inherited and start out fresh at IKEA. My D16 asked if she could get new linens and I said "Yes!" and I'm gonna get some too just like LP.
