Jak and Blindsided...thank you. I do look here for support. My friends and family here think I am absolutely crazy for ever even having one thing to do with him again.

Oh, yes. He is going to flip when he hears about the cs. Because of the time spent with me vs. him it will be awhile before it will change too.

Blindsided....there is a document called a disomaster that the courts use. Thats what my L used yesterday to figure cs. Its pretty cut and dry. They plug in your income, his income, time spent with baby, and that is it. Then you get your figure. You can accept less if YOU want, but why would you. He needs to at least accept financial responsibility for his child.
