Thanks all.

saffie, I didn't think of you during....but after I did, getting mental 'hi-fives' from you. lol

Who knows what it meant to H. I think it was something he wanted (has wanted), but don't know just why he wants it. Part of me thinks it was some sort of 'reclaiming' of me, since he is so convinced I am sleeping with half of the metro StL area....

Wow!! Nice to have a "home game" I bet!!

I hope H starts turning himself around. Sounds like it a bit.. maybe he's afraid to just come out and say it?

lwb,

lots of mental high fives - yipee!!!!!!!

What's important is how do you feel about it? Are you ok? Does it make you feel more connected? Has the atmosphere changed at all?

I salute you for this leap in faith, I really do.You are a shining beacon showing your H the way home. \:\)

(and maybe he's checking you are still hetro!!!!!! ;\) )LOL

jar, I will be the last person he tells that he wants to work on the marriage. Its just him. I also believe that he will run fast when he hears the changes I would need to fix this thing.

saffie, I feel pretty good about it. I try not to think if H is talking to OW (or worse), but sometimes that creeps in. And yes, I am sure H is happy I haven't 'turned' on him just yet.... ;\)

lwb,

I understand that thoughts about OW are going to creep in.They still do with me sometimes and it's ages, (relatively), since OW departed.

Just enjoy the moment. You did good girl - I am very proud of you.

Hmmm... so... given what you said, sounds like he is trying to "sneak" back in. ML, taking the family to Disney, etc, etc. Like there is a plan. "If I can get to X, this will all blow over and things will be back to normal."

I hope that's not the case.. I know you won't let that be the case. Enjoy the moments though!!

jar, I can't let that be the case. That would cause H to disrespect me even further (thinking he can just come back and all is well, like he is doing ME a favor or something). I just need to figure out the timing on this...

lwb, well, you know my thoughts on this already. I think you are one person who really has her head on straight. yes, I'm happy for the sex, but also cautious, and glad you understand its going to take more than letting him just sneak back in to fix things.

have a great sunday, lwb! I swear its like a really tricky game of chess, isn't it? trying to figure out your next move, while anticipating his. tough, but you can do it.

IF it felt right then YAAAAAAAAA!
What ever you do that feels comfortable to you ,do it. If you felt you were connecting then that is what you need for you.

I have to agree with No Code though make him chase you.
He would realy have to be an idiot if he even though of taking OW.

But either way you go be prepared for anything to happen as they are whacked!!!!!

Have a good day LWB
