Good morning everyone.....or Good Afternoon to those overseas- \:\)

Thanks to everyone for responding and letting me know that I'm not crazy.

Quiet night at our house. D3 begged to call H last night so I gave in. We tried twice at work and got no answer. The second time we tried, he'd already left, 1/2 hour earlier than his normal time to leave. Tried the cell phone twice. Nothing. I got angry for D3. H finally came home around 10:15. Not sure where he'd been and I didn't ask. D3 ended up snuggling with me all night, which was nice.

H woke up this morning when I was leaving and asked me if I'd want to pick up dinner tonight to bring home and he'd get a movie. Not sure what that's about, but I'll take it.

Here's my horoscope for today......

Take your time, Sue. You can expect to see more clearly regarding certain aspects of the direction your life is taking, unfortunately other aspects are just as blurry as ever. You are in the process of major inner transformation, and it isn't always easy. You are going to have to tolerate feeling lost and unstable for a while. Ultimately, you will be all the more blessed for having lived through this difficult period...

Scary!! \:o

Have a great day.

Hello, Saffie,

I know that whenever you ladies start responding to some of the cheekier comments from the guys, (like the "hot and bothered" responses yesterday in Mark's thread), my own productivity goes into the toilet.

So hard to concentrate after that! LOL!

That made me chuckle.........

I am glad you sorted the flowers thing out. You know I always address the comments on flowers I send to the deceased rather than the remaining family. Obviously I take into account that the family are going to read them but I thought the common form was that you were sending flowers as a mark of respect to the person who had passed on. Your W and MIL just seem to want to be picky about everything!!!

I have not been able to really respond to either of them on this last bombastic diatribe. There really is no response to the sheer insanity of what MIL wrote and W agreed with. As long as they continue to live under the same roof they're going to continue to spur each other on to greater and greater hyperbolically paranoid delusions. I am realizing there is nothing I can really do about it, except trying to smile (weakly as it is) and move on. I just don't want to appear to be a doormat or punching bag either.

The part that really worries me and gets me down is that this is the environment to which my two little boys have been regularly exposed. W swears she never denigrates me in front of our S's, but then she's lied about so much other stuff. And she cannot be so sure of her mother's behavior though -- I certainly don't trust her.

Ooops, sorry, Sue, didn't mean to hijack.

Hey sues,

Take the dinner and movie offer, if anything it will be relaxing for you as you will know where he is and not sitting around wondering...

Hope all is ok and Saffie is right, you are very strong and you have everyone in your corner on here rooting for you!

TAL-

Thanks for your kind words. You're so sweet.

Well, we did the pizza and movie last night. It was quiet and fine. Not much conversation. D3 fell asleep fine last night too, so that was a bonus.

Today, well, not sure what we're doing today. It's already 10:00 am, so I need to get motivated. H left around 9:00 and gave us a laundry list of things he was doing today. I asked if we were going to see him at all today. His response was, Well, hopefully not. Real nice, huh. It angers me because that's just one more day and hours of time that he's losing with D3, yet he seems not to care at all. He could take her to a movie or a play area or something, just the two of them.

Well, I need to get busy and get some things done here. Maybe I'll take D3 to a movie!

Sues

SueS,

You go and do nice things today with D3 and sod him.

D3 will no doubt let him know what he has missed and that will prey on his concience.
