Oh ladies-

Thanks for making me laugh tonight. Seeing your comments about my H and his tanning is funny.

Yes, for the record, he did it all....
-Started the A
-Got his ear pierced
-Started tanning (was obsessive in the summer at the pool)
-Bought new jewelry. I bought him some silver stuff-chain/bracelet, but then he proceeded to go out and buy a ring he wears on his index finger & one he wears on his thumb.
-Started working out a lot. Yes, it's good for you, but the way he's gone about it is crazy. And no, he won't take me to add me to his membership. I asked.
-Started hanging out with his 20 something friends from his old workplace.
-Oh, I found out the bar he likes to go to has a very young crowd.
-Looks at himself in the mirror waaaaay more than he ever used to.
........anything else?

This D3 of mine is driving me crazy tonight. She will NOT get to sleep. She's in her room SCREAMING for me right now. I better get in there. AHHHHH.

Have a good night.

I second lwb's Wooohoooo!!! They call him Dr. Love....(this is where you picture Sue doing her best KISS impression)!

Okay husband. Big difference though. You bought the skimpy underwear in hopes that your W...the one you are married to will see them.

Our H's did all this for someone else......as lwb would say....Blecky!!!

Have a good night.

Yes, D3 is sound asleep and looks like a complete angel!!

With all of his other self-destructive behavior (especially the alcohol abuse and drunk driving), this really seems like 'small potatoes'. \:\(

Rob, were you trying to make a joke by saying "small potatoes" when talking about my H? Just kidding.

Seriously, you are right. The tanning is a small issue compared to the other things (drinking, drunk driving...etc.). It's just one of the many things my H has done during all of this. I told my sister the other night that I know it would cause hell for us, but there have been times, even recently that I wish he'd get caught. However, I think that would probably push him over the edge instead of make him hit bottom and look for ways to improve. I'd told everyone that he drove my vehicle on Sat. night. Well, on Sunday morning when we went to breakfast, I asked him if he'd parked in front or back. His response was.....You think I remember. Sad, just sad.

Well, back to work. I did a great job of starting to get organized yesterday afternoon. I need to pick up where I left off.

Have a great day everyone!

Sue,
I know a woman who has a husband that tans. When he tans he wears one sock, and I'm not talking about on his foot either...
