Not familiar with the condition at all but underarms (sensitive) and blisters do not sound like a good combination. I'm so sorry for you and your daughter.

Can you put ANYthing on it - gauze or anything to help keep her from rubbing skin against skin? I know that cornstarch is good for chaffing but this doesn't sound like a candidate for that.

I hate that feeling. Your kids look to you for comfort and you feel helpless. Dont' let it drag you down! You are a great dad and YOU did not do this.
