I also got a call from my lawyer today stating that she received a letter dated Jan 2. It was from H lawyer with a coopy of his expense report. Hmmm H didn't mention this one to me???
She will be going on vacation and would lke to know if we could meet before she left. I asked her to hold off a bit as I hoped I could see a light on our relationship.
She gave me 2 letters to chose from to send to H and his lawyer. 1) My lawyer will be going on vacation and we will meet as soon as she comes back 2) I would like to pospone the meeting until the middle of Febuary as my lawyer is going on vacation and I think that there may be a change in the decision. I picked the second one.
My H will get a copy and hopefully will talk about it wih my one way or the other. I want him to know that all avenues are still open without saying it face to face and perhaps pressuring him.
I hope when he reads it that he tells me about it or at least his decision becomes clearer...or maybe they are and I'm just too hopefull/blind.
Yesterday, I thought, was a bit of a breakthrough.
Maybe he didn't.
I don't know???????
