Something to think about and seeing as you know your W better than anyone here, I could be waaaay off, but who knows. Do you think she'd try to take the kids at some point during a visit? I only thought of it because a friend of mine was in a similar sitch (actually D for a while though) and one day during the visits she took the kids like normal, but never brought them back, it took them about 3 weeks to find her as she had left the state. Maybe that's one of the things the nanny is concerned about. I don't know...
