WOW! I can't beleive, I mean seriously CANNOT believe he left you a note saying he was staying the night at the OW's house.

As I am a bit more quick tempered I probably would have had his clothes packed in a suitcase waiting for him by the time he got home. I probably would have over half our savings put into a personal acct. Oh, and the locks would be changed. But that would just be me. I mean, hell, your not goint leave me a note saying your staying over and some OW's House and expect to come home to "all is fine with me".

You did not fail at this, nor are you going to fail at this. Now is the time your going to take some action! While your opening up your own checking acct. Why don't you take half of whats in your savings acct and put it in there too?? It is yours. And you do want to be careful as they will blow through money like it's nothing!!

bear, I cannot tell you what to do or how to do things, I know if the rolls had of been reversed and I was left that message, the locks would be changed by the time he came home. You can deal with the "not quite knowing" but when they leave you a blatant letter, thats where the line gets drawn.
