Perhaps this has been discussed but what is your favorite "romantic time" music? Here is my current entry by Enigma.

Baltoman, you're not "romancing" ANYONE to that music! ;\) lol!

So Enigma made that song from the early 90's with the French (?) voice saying something that sounded like "sah, day mwah"?? Sorry for the butchering, I know a little Spanish, but very little French. \:\)

I like the sound of it, but truly, I think I hear a horse neighing. ! Please don't get mad if I've just ruined your favorite sex song.

Actually, when H and I recently stayed at Hyatt Place, they had a flat panel tv in the room and it had a "screensaver" that played liquidy lava lamp type images to beatified relaxing music, very repetitive, but it was nice mood lighting and mood music.

At home, silence, as in no kids crying, is music to our ears!
I'm SOOO not kidding. We lock the door, throw em in front of a video they supposedly love and a short while later, just as we're about to "conclude", we hear "DADA!" and our son is aggressively rattling the doorknob. The last time we had sex we both were still going at it, yelling, "Just a minute! Go watch Nemo!!"

I don't care what she's saying. She says it so nicely... ;\)

So, what is your preference? (and Nemo doesn't count!)

We bought the Liberator pillows and it actually came with a video that shows people using the pillows and it has decent relaxing music, just thumpy enough, you know?

Ok, in the past, when we weren't total cheeseballs, and we liked hard rock music, we have had some fun to "Possum Kingdom" by the Toadies. Don't ask me why?? But I did recently call H on my cell phone when I was driving and heard it. I tried to be all cute and play it loud in the phone, but he got mad and just said it sounded loud and staticy. Hmph!

OMYGOD!! i just looked up this song on youtube and never even saw the video! OMGYGOD!

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
I think in those days, we just listened to the cd since we had somewhat outgrown MTV.

Sheesh, yours has a hottie writhing around nude and mine has a man dragging his love around the lake in a body bag.
No wonder I've got problems!!

We used to be part of that "grunge" scene, just like in the video. I'd get done waitressing and he'd get done delivering pizzas and we'd go drink at the Bottleneck in Lawrence, listen to live music and if it was packed, do a little stage diving! Ha! "Those were the days!!"

PS thanks for starting this thread - I was interested in starting something light and "get to know you" like. This is perfect.

The instrumental part to Crime of the Century by Supertramp is very sexual with the violins giving way to the Sax. Since you just copped to getting it on to a commercial in a product demo I don't want anymore static, k?

LMAO - point taken.
Ok, I'm off to check out Supertramp...

What about this? Again, not "sexy" but good music that would maybe make someone FEEL sexy...

How about "I want to F@ck You Like an Animal" by Nine Inch Nails.
;\)

Ok, not really the romantic vibe, but...

I'm a sucker for Coldplay and Keane when it comes to romantic music.
I've been listening to them all week in the car. Love that stuff.
Hopeless romantic.
sigh
