Well, I did not email her and I am certainly not calling...didn't get any papers and my attorney did not return my call. I am going to go with my original plan...leave her alone continue to stay dark, this has to be best for now. If she is going to file she will regardless of my actions or her lack of grounds. One thing I do not understand is the fact that she gave me papers on 11/19 threatening to file the following week. We then meet on 11/28 to talk about six changes she agreed to. On a positive, enrolled 5D in tap, dance, ballet class. It's a once a week class for about an hour. She will love it. I'll enjoy taking her. Makes me real happy to do it for her.
On a negative, my dance class isn't going to happen. I have 5D during the time scheduled and being a school day just doesn't seem to be what is best for 5D and I at the moment. I'll find something else to do. Maybe I'll do the dance thing later on. Gonna catch a movie tomorrow night I think...
