Quick check in. Yes, the Jayhawks won. I saw my son, front and center on national TV no fewer than 5 times. That's more than I've seen him in person the last four months. Awesome.
Even awesomer (Trademark Hairdog, Inc., 2008) is the fact that W and I are having a wonderful time and she is probably wondering who the heck this take-charge, often-disagreeable, relaxed, confident, sexy man is. We haven't done "it" yet, but it's more because of the fact that the bed we're sleeping in is in a room that has no door, and is on a major thoroughfare in this house. Still, I've probably gotten more hugs, kisses, gropes than in the past 6 months. I'm convinced that the difficulty in actually getting physical is driving her a bit batty.
Yes...what a strange world: KU football is fun to watch, my wife is fun to be with, and I'm feeling like myself.
HD, this is great news. Now, I've been reading the threads but I am unsure what exactly happened. Was it the moratorium? The exercises in NMMNG? Can we bottle it (or at least send me the recipe)?
Gone the carvings and those who left their mark. Gone the kings and queens, now only the rats hold sway.
Hairdog, I think you have that gentle, sexy, dominant vibe going on which is hotttttt, and represents and major leap from the boyish, self deprecatory, controlled state of the past. WTG!!!
Dog, Since the most important thing in a family is the relationship and care of the parent relations move to another room, ASAP. It may be smaller, but believe me (personal experience here), a door with a strong lock can go a VERY long way.
All marital bedrooms need a door and a lock. A radio playing some music or better, some talk program, so outsiders don't distinguish what is going on in the bedroom.
Many therapy offices use radios in the waiting room to disguise what is said by clients during therapy sessions.
