NO Karen, this is all wrong! He's trying to poison the poor kids mind. Ohio ! You ever been to Ohio? OMG! I think I would rather watch paint dry than have to go there. {sorry Corri}

Now U of F on the other hand does have it's perks but going into detail of them could lead me into some trouble....lets just say that I married one of the perks and leave it at that ok?

"Girls of the SEC" hmmmmm....might have to look that one up...you know, for educational purposes

Fearless,

I'm just kidding. I am actually aware that OSU is a quality school. University of Florida is nearly as large and has some excellent programs. I honestly don't care where DS16 goes as long as it offers what he needs and he makes the most of the opportunity. He is a great student and has a chance for some scholarships and some quality schools. The comedy of the whole Buckeyes versus Gators thing is that prior to us getting together the two schools had no history with each other in football - had never even played each other! I am not a basketball fan but couldn't help but view that matchup too - because it was there!!!

IC,

I had never been to Ohio before meeting H. Been a few times, seen some nice towns but I like the DC Metro area and Florida a little better. I don't care where DS wants to get his education -just so long as he can afford to take care of me when I get old!!!

Ok, Miss IC's on her way home...it's her b-day.

Here's the little scenario....

1) The grill's fired up...filets have been marinating for oooohh just the right amount of time.

2) Fresh cut salad with a little hint of IC's famous SE Michigan inspired wild rasberry - walnut vinegarette dressing.

3) Baked potatoes are ready with all the artery clogging additions.

4) Her favorite wine is chilled at just the right temp.

5) Whirlpool tub is filled, heater is on...room is laced with all the little fru-fru candles.

6) Bed is all turned down, a little after dinner mint is on her pillow.

7) Massage oils are layed out...and warm!

8) The kids ????? Oh sh!t !!! What did I do with the kids???? {Nobody call HRS, they are fine }

9) Music selection playing in the bedroom...hmmmm lets see, we could go with Kid Rock's "So Hott" yes? No, no..a little on the harsh side, not quite looking for that kind of throw down sex...mmmm on second thought....maybe I am Get her liquored up and lick her up

Come on, I got a few minutes here....any suggestions \:\)

Hope the IC's had a great evening! Too late to add a suggestion...but mine would have been to recite the Woman of Valor poem...in English, silly! ( extra points if you do the Hebrew phonetic thing, SG and LFL have a point, the foreign accent/language stuff adds to it all).

Oh I see he was trying to make this a conspired effort

IC, you silly azzed man...thank you for a wonderful b-day !

Now here is my slightly biased critique of my stay at IC's International House of Kill it n' Grill it Restaurant & Love Emporium....I was given the finest table in the establishment with a spectacular view of the snow covered terrace. The ambient glowing figures created by the fire, luminously danced in unison along the log walls as if in some ancient tribal ritual.

The meal...what can I say about the meal? The boy can flat out cook with the best of them. Somewhere along the line, he missed his calling. The steak, OMG the steak..seared to perfection and basically melts in your mouth. The salad with it's little out of the ordinary garden greens, topped with the homemade dressing and complimented with the crunchiness and taste of the fresh from the oven sour-dough croutons...mmmm, mmmm!! Nice touch IC, nice!

Onto the whirlpool bath...temperature was a little on the steamy side, but once adjusted...I fell into a sense of peace and tranquillity as the pulsing waves of water caressed away the day's activities and worries. I asked the bell boy to join me and he seemed quite thrilled to accomodate my wishes...{I suppose he'll be wanting a tip ;\) }

I was then lavishly wrapped in a pre-warmed robe and whisked away to the sleeping quarters where a masseuse was waiting with exotic massage oils and any remaining anxieties and stressors from the day were quickly abandoned at the hands of this man (it's funny, he kind of resembles the bell boy...and the maitre d'...and the chef)

By the end of the evening....Yes IC...Kid Rock's "So Hott" pretty much described what I wanted to do to you.....and did!

Thanks IC. That was a lot of effort and love that you put into making this birthday special...I really do appreciate it \:\)
