That's everyone is here for to vent and to "listen" to others vent. What are you using for office and storage space now, your home? Are you taking deductions for office space in house? Are these atty's real estate attys? Could be a good idea to make calls on some attys who are in the real estate and of law.

By pursuing I mean inviting him out for dinner when he's in town, maybe say there's a movie you'd like to see. I don't think talking to him is necessarily pursuing. How often does he come around?

I know a lot of questions on my part. Sounds like he's afraid to make a move on about anything. Don't be afraid to vent here, better here than at H.
