Lin- I missed your post earlier.... The sushi sounds great! That's the kind I would eat!
The kids sandwiches, I may not have a sufficient sweet tooth for! Kid's cooking, and stuff for kids sounds like a great idea though! Getting kids able to at least find their way around the kitchen would be a good goal!
I take it his bankruptcy doesn't mess you up. That's sure a good thing!
