Amy.... you know in your heart that you are doing what you HAVE to for your kids' wellbeing .... hard as it may be in the present, it is the longrun you are protecting and planning for. Stick to your guns girl... you are much stronger than you realize.

i am going to type slow, because i am trying to be a kinder and gentler person, and i am kind of pissed at this sitution.... it;s not like he was lining up shots(whatever)(10 year olds don't think like that)
You threw a bucket of cold water on him and he doean't like it. He is coming to the harsh realization that you have a big set of balls, and he can't get away with manipulating you because you want to save the M anymore. To put it JamesBluntly, he sees that you aren't going to kiss his ass and he doesn't like it. He doesn't want to take any responsibility for anything, and he doesn't like the idea of you making him do it. He also thinks that if he puts your Daughter in his corner that you will cave and look the other way because that is what he would do... He is a weak man, and a weak parent. If you don't want to be the plaintif, then don't be. Make him do the work. It's his issue, his divorce. Make sure you get your ducks in a row as it relates to your kids, but let him run his ass around doing all the crap(that I had to do). Let him know what life is like without HumptyDumpty around to put his @$$ back together again. Time after time after time after time after time.
