OP LisaLost Member L Joined: May 2006 Posts: 912 Iowa	Florida is an equitable distribution state- whatever that means- I need to research more- when I looked at community property and then the equitable distribution I didn't see a difference, maybe I should look deeper Thanks again BTW He has been calling and emailing to come home Me:37 H:38 6 kids first bomb 8/05 (ow involved) piecing 7/06 second bomb 3/07 ow involved wash rinse repeat.... huge move to start over 2/11 more affairs H left for good 8/12

They are spending their xmas vacation with my mom mostly- She has a huge yard and well I don't right now. But that's ok- I will be ok- we all will Picking up everyone for church tomm. Can't wait!!
