Wow have I learned a lot already! I've learned Jeff and Lin and i are all close to the same age, have cholesterol problems, and I am not the only one in America that does not have cable/dish/satellite network. Jeff, does that mean you have dial up internet too?
My cholesterol is just borderline, and I am pretty sure that diet and exercise would drop it nicely.
