What always gets me is how easy they make it look. Well, yeah, its easy if the veggies are already chopped, somebody is cleaning up behind you, the cupboard is always full, the kids friends aren't surprise drop-ins, etc., etc. It's a different world, when you have to take the shortcuts, open a can because it's 'good enough', and you only have half the time you need to do it, because there's homework to do. That would be fun. Hey, if they'll pay me enough, I'm in! Sounds like you know what you are doing, I'll go along for the ride!
