Takin them as they come...

Lunch/Dinner (What ever you call eating at 2:30 in the afternoon?) went well. No R talk but we just chatted about what's going on in each others lives. She bought the food which is a first.

We then went out to the lake to watch the storm come in and exchange gifts. The waves were kicking up really big so it was pretty cool to see. She really liked the stuff that I got her so that was good. She got me something that I looked at six months ago and told her that I thought it was cool. She had to drive an hour one way to get it. Super cool that she remembered and took the initiative to go that far to get it.

Then we went to get some coffee which she bought too. At first she was sitting a long ways away in this circular booth. Then she scooted around closer. Not leaning up against me close, but touching legs close. I'm desperate, so I'll take what I can get. She commented on how good I was looking and told me that she was telling her friends how much weight I lost and how good I looked. She touched my arm a bunch and then left it there for a while. I reached over and put my hand on top of hers and then we ended up holding hands for a few minutes. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it felt really intimate and I loved it.

We went back to get my car and we said good bye. I got a couple kisses and a hug. In all we spent a little over two hours together. It was really nice. I must have done something right because she mentioned getting together on Christmas day now too. She wants me to call her on my way home from my parents house. So Yea!

Also, a little new information about the Christmas cards I sent out (To her parents and grandparents.) I don't remember who brought it up, but she ended up telling me that she heard all about the cards. She said that when she's at her parents house her Dad will walk by my card, point to it and make a sad face. At least I know that her parents don't hate me. I told her that wasn't my intention on sending them. That I cared about her family and just wanted to send them a card. I told her that I sent ones to my family and some of my friends too. She said that she knew...
