I used to ask things like this. I don't anymore. I asked if he wanted a divorce. He said yes, I filed. After a while I stopped asking what he wanted. I just told him what I wanted. I don't care what he thinks at this point. I will do what works for me. Right now taking my time works for me.
My H is still lying about most stuff. He doesn't realize I know. i stopped telling him. so my only advise. It is over when you say it is, or can't fight anymore legally.
