You have so many blessings in your life. Your children love you and want to give you things. You have a handle on yourself it seems.
Pining for what we don't have often gets in the way of appreciating what we do have. I'd hate to see you in that place. It's a not nice place to be.
I'm so sorry that you are having a down day today. Hopefully cranking up the stereo with some Christmas music or AC/DC or Johnny Cash or your music of choice will put you into a bouncing mood. If not, I shall send Tig out. It's contagious, you know.
Rockin' around the Christmas tree will certainly get your endorphins up.
I'm ok. I think I may have a touch of whatever has been going around the house. Kind of a headachey, slow feeling. I try not to pine too much, a nice walnut, or cherry perhaps! Of course, on here, the pining comes through pretty clearly!
There are many of us that will hang with you, but you've got to start getting up and getting motivated!!
Turn up the VOLUME DUDE! Your biggest 180 will be to become not so LAID BACK! When you just sit and think instead of moving, you go nowhere!
I cleaned all day and it makes me feel so much better. Uncluttered house, uncluttered mind. Besides, I do not want to spend the next 3 days thinking that I should be cleaning!! ICK!
Do it Do it DO IT! Surprise yourself.....
Hugs Jeff...I am off to the movies!

Also some new and improved emoticons would be nice!
I am working on the photo frame Christmas present for my mom now! There are only 6 trillion pics to sort through. I think it may be late!
But, alas, you are right. I need to grab the bull by the tail, or the tiger by the horns, or something! S18, who has already spent all day sleeping, is now sleeping on my bed, pinned by cat. Says he has no energy. You will hear better news from me tomorrow. And Jeanette, enjoy the movies. Shat you seein'?
And F1, you'll be happy to know, the CD I'm playing just got to Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree. It's had classics to now, now it gets silly. It's from England, where the pop musicians always made Christmas songs, so the fun is coming!
