You did good, Wii! You have to keep those boundaries in place, then she, hopefully, will learn to let you know ahead of time about these appointments she makes. It must be hard on her to deal with the new, improved, powerful, assertive, take-no-bs, Wii! I almost feel sorry for her .... almost! ;\)

As for this new R with myself. I dunno if it's going to work. I rather got ticked off at myself, 'cause I fell asleep halfway through a discussion I was having about issues I have, and .... well, the next thing I was waking up, and H was home. Felt a bit guilty, and wondered if he noticed anything, but I don't think he did. \:D
