Ok, here it is. I've been putting it off for a while.

So, we're not 'separated' since we are in the same house, but really, for practical purposes, we are.

I'll post more juicy details later, for those of you who have had the good fortune to not have me butt into your threads, and whine about me!

For the next two weeks (yes, you read correctly) the four boys and I will be holding down the fort, as W helps her brother recover from a surgery. There is a story, or course, and I am prone to tell stories, so stay tuned. In the end she really didn't want to go, so don't read too much into her not being here.

BUT, it is an opportunity. If I can get things done right here while she's gone, it might help her to see that I am not what she seems to think I am (worthless, lazy, etc.). So, the next two weeks are an opportunity, and an exam, at the same time.

I'll fill in the history over time. It'll be fun!

Thanks for stopping in!

Jeff

I look forward to hearing your story Jeff.

And I like what you have planned for the next two weeks.

Jack, you can have a handshake, if you don't mind!

Thanks for coming by so fast guys! I'll post a lot more, probably in the evenings, while I'm revering, or whatever the right form of that word would be!

I can get booze if we need it! I don't go for a lot, but I don't object. I thought we'd start with hugs, though! Want one Lissie?

Heck, it's the holidays! We'll do hugs, and booze! The bar is open! And the eggnog is right over there!
