I just wanted to say a quick hello. You responded to my post "role reversal" since we had very similar situations. How are things in your situation? No change in mine, but my DB coach is tweeking my approach. Have you talked to a coach? It has been helpful to me since my situation is different than the perspective taken in DB and DR.
