Ugh.. you know... that's all probably because some stupid parent would rather work than take care of their sick child.
See it all the time with the place my D's go. I'll walk into a classroom and the kids look like they have laces hanging from their noses.
They'll be one in the office whose parent hasn't picked them up after an hour of calling.
We are at a high end daycare, so we have all the docs and lawyers etc. It's sad to see these kids dropped off at 7:00 AM and then be picked up at 6:00 PM. They go home.. get a bite to eat and then go to bed. Maybe 1-2 hours with mom and dad tops.
