Taking it day by day...

The L seemed really tough.. little lady that doesnt take crap from anyone. She wants to see if we can get an emergency hearing to get D with me.

SHe is concerned with W's bipolar issues and that she is not on meds. She also said that sometimes when a bipolar person loses custody, they will disown the child and move away.

Scares the hell out me! My D would be devastated if her mom moved away and had nothing to do with her, I really wouldnt be too suprised if W did something like that. Her recent behaviour is indicative that she is capable of anything.

THe problem with the custody issue is that D has gone to school in W's town for the last 2 years, judges like routine. But W's recent behaviour isnt routine (so thats good for me).

This is some scarey stuff! Im waiting on some money to get here in about a week or so and then I will retain L and file.

Sad...
