I thank all of you for your prayers and concern. I was so torn up,sad and worried lastnight. My H ended up coming home around 4am. his parents had us over along with some people from church today to help us through this time. Thanks so much This really has made me feel a little more for these MLCer's - they are all very lost- even if they don't see it or admit it- we have a long road ahead -but I am hopeful we can make it. you guys are so great- it's nice to have such a warm place to come for support Love,Lisa Me:37 H:38 6 kids first bomb 8/05 (ow involved) piecing 7/06 second bomb 3/07 ow involved wash rinse repeat.... huge move to start over 2/11 more affairs H left for good 8/12

Threats of suicide should ALWAYS be taken seriously. And even though the cause of his current depression seeems obviously situational, make sure a doctor checks him out for other physical causes of depression, including hypothyroidism, B12 or folate deficiency, low testosterone, etc. Are you in a northern latitude or cloudy city? If so, discuss the possibility of light therapy for depression also. Ellie

I truly think he has finally had the "breakdown" he needed. We live in Florda and it is very sunny- Ellie so I am not sure if that could be a factor. He is trying I will give him that. I am just scared that he will run again- He is not out of the MLC woods yet.
