Talk about anticipation........ N e-mailed said she is running late...W asked if I was going out. Told her I was waiting for a phone call and I asked why? She said she wanted to go do some shopping. I told her well the very LATEST I can watch son is 5:00 I have dinner reservations at 6:00. I told her I was supposed to go out last night but because of the weather some people canceled. Then W asked me why did "they" pick Sonoma? This is the first question W has asked me about my "journey" I told her it was kind of in the middle.
That was the end of the conversation.
Not sure if she is thinking about me going out or not. Maybe she is just thinking this is good husband has something to keep him busy and will leave me alone. I am finely rid of him.

We had a great time!!!

I think the nerves were gone within 5 minutes.. well, seemed like it to me, anyway. A very small percentage of the 6+ hours that we visited, ate, drank, talked... I will let H decide how many details he wants to share, but so glad we got to meet and hang out.

H - OK so a real fire sounds better, but I'm most definitely enjoying that Duraflame fire while listening to the wind howl outside. Great to meet you!! Glad neither of us chickened out.

Nikki, I am glad you made it back ok. I sent out an e-mail so I don't know who did what first.... but I am glad to hear you enjoyed the Fire. Yes It was windy on my drive home. When I got home everyone was in bed. I was all wound up so I watched T.V until about 2.
Well I need to go get some things done. Nikki, it was actualy pretty nice nodody else showed up.... We got to spend some quality time...Second "date" in January?? We can invite the others....

It sounds like you had a very nice visit. I'm glad. I'm sure it was great getting to sound off to someone who has been there, done that. I wish more of us could join you in January. Little far for most of us!
