jmw, First off, I hope you are alright. I want to tell you that I feel your pain. It doesn't look like you got much sleep last night. The whole wedding ring thing is all BS in my opinion. YOU NEED TO DETACH and quick....with or without the ring. You have to do something to get your mind off yiur WAW for your own sake!
