Yes, he told me. I haven't been served yet but he showed me copies of the paperwork last night. I asked if that's why he was being so nice to me last weekend.. because he had seen the lawyer. He said no.. that he was really confused after going over everything. Obviously, that didn't stop him from moving forward and signing everything yesterday..
I told him this morning that he is confusing me because his actions say one thing sometimes and his words are completely different. We're supposed to talk more tonight about that stuff...

So he's filing for D, is he still maintaining that he will live at home through all this? I think that also makes it harder on you (to live with those mixed signals).
Yes, for now he is planning to live at home. We have the house up for sale and have a couple of prospective buyers already. Then, he can move in w/ow or whatever...
