When I was growing up we always had a dog except my mom would not have Big dogs, nothing over 30 lbs.....so now I have my big dog,Dogs,.... I doubt I'd ever go back to a small breed. Although may have to one day. But for now, I have my big dogs. last night I had three of them sleeping on bed at once, 4 @ one time. You certainly stay warm. lol
