its st. nicholas day today so basking in the glow of the kids joy right now. very nice. other than that, heading to the gym, hanging the christmas lights, trying to pretend that the fact that h has his office x-mas party and I'm not going because, well, why would I. anyway, trying to pretend that doesn't bother me. and trying not to wonder if ow is going.
