Superdad, I agree completely......couldnt of said it better..
Stuff happens and it is our responses that determines our happiness much more than the sepcific stich.
I find myself finding joy in my daughters and making sure they are happy which in return makes me happy.
I also have told H that if he would stop letting his emotions control him instead the other way around..maybe all of his R in life will turn for the better..he has a serious anger management promblem...I think this he actualy thought about what I said for once!?
I didn't mean to come off as I thought this was my fault per se...but children tend to think that Mommy & Daddy's break up is "their" fault and I don't want that for my D.
Next year new traditions. Less heartache.

What's up w/ the picture swap w/ Nomo, guess I should ask him that eh? I got one of those electronic photo frame thingy's for a speech I did, its pretty cool, soon I can put all the DBers on there and people will be like "who are those people?". Right now I have pics of my kids and W flashing by, oh well, just babbling cuz I have nothing else to say!

My Cabbage Patch doll (looks just like her) and My Little Pony play sets wouldn't hold a match.
Sounds a bit odd but we want the morning to be as normal for her as possible. Next year will probably not be even close to pleasant.
It's my bet that your DD will be more than happy with whatever she receives. Your biggest gift to her may be doing what it takes to create a good memory of Christmas morning together.
I have a feeling that the other DBer's will be left out of CVA's photo frame. After seeing your picture, & since I know he's enamored with the actress on Tell Me You Love Me, (your look-a-like) it'll probably just be yours.
Ah, man, I remember My Little Pony. We had this little rocking horse for Lauren -- pink. When you pressed it's ear, it would sing: I'm a pretty pony, clippity clop, clippity clop. such a pretty pony.
It was absolute evil. It's been years and it's still fresh in my head. We unloaded it onto some unsuspecting friends. They agreed about the way that song would get stuck in your head -- and that evil could come in the guise of a pink, fuzzy rocking horse.
