I know that it is Sh*t but you have to calm down or you could lose D. They are trying to get you to lose it so that you lose D in custody if it ever came to that.
Showing anything to OM will do no good. I know how you feel. My wife tried to goad me in losing it with OM. I did not and it has put me in a better position now, if only for children.
You are a better and stronger person than them and you know it.
Pride and dignity for you and D. You and D will never forget how you dealt with this. It will mean everything to her throughout the years. Remember that.
