WOW! I am so proud of you. Nothing like a midnight ride on a tractor to get the juices flowing. That's good stuff. Building the foundation, friendship, excitment, and fun the cornerstone. You don't need expensive therapy, boobies, or a heavy hand, just a good ole ride on a tractor. I love it! And I love the way you read the sitch, and chose to stay at home. That took wisdom, strength and courage.
What a difference two years can make. It only took four for my M, and after two years of being reunited, we are still growing, still healing, still getting closer and closer. It's awesome, but it takes a very long time for hearts to heal and to change.
I pray more people would just wait a little longer, and take a few more tractor rides.
Love,
COG
Thanks, COG. We had a blast and when he picked S15 up from a ROTC event yesterday (I had D12 at my niece's b-day party) he told S15 about our tractor ride. Now both kids have been freaked out!
