Awesome Amy. Can I just ask. Did you and your H ever get to the getting D stage? I know you talked about it. I'm asking b/c of my sitch. H has started the ball rolling and at the moment is asking me to agree to D after 2yrs separation. Currently I'm not agreeing but he is telling me that if I don't he will D me on grounds of MY unreasonable behaviour. Don't want to give in to bullying BUT it's gonna cost me mega bucks to defend it when at the end of the day he will get a D one way or another if he really wants it (can get D after 5yrs sep w/o consent in UK). So whilst I want to be patient it's very clear that H doesn't want me to be! Any advice would be brilliant. Thanks (my thread is called 'Voyaging into the unknown' on MLC)
