I am also renting space in a village-y scene with cool book shops, stores like " Scentology", an independent film cinema, etc. It'a a hip mini village-city here on LI. I am sharing space with a lesbisn/feminist therapist, a male therapist, and a nutritionist. The feminist is already trying to bully me by wanting me to share phone expenses even though I will not be using their phone. The male therapist is playing peace-maker, while the nutrityionist stays out of things. This should be interesting!
