Well, to be more specific, the morphine made me sick, so they switched the pump to another narcotic.
The depression was more of a pity party. I know better than to throw the word depression out carelessly. The drama of the accident/surgery/pain/ changes kept those feelings at bay until things settled down. Just wanted to give you the heads up that the feelings might catch up with you. It was by no means a major depression.
It's hard to resist some sort of screw competition joke, but I got 12 screws and a plate. I had a special screw removed at the 8 week mark, so I'm down to 11.
