Wow, that's all I can say is WOW. I cannot believe he actually showed up and w/o his kids even! Obviously, she's still thinking about herself and not your girls or she would not have had him come. It could have been very ugly and totally ruined your D's bday party. I'm so very impressed w/ how you handled it. I know a lot of people would not have been able to do that!
