I think Im going to have to go dark. Im going to ask my mom to pick up D from W this evening as I dont think I can do it without breaking down.

Do you guys think I should let my mom pick up D from now on so I dont see W at all?

This might be okay for a while, but don't do it always. Get yourself together and then let her see all of your positive changes. Look good, smell good, and be in great mood when you pick up daughter. If you can pull this off now, I would pick D up yourself, if not take a little time to get yourself together.

I dont know guys... my confidence has taken a beatin today. This all feels so final.

She told me her feelings for me have changed and that she feels like she has moved on. I just dont get it.

So I think Im going to turn over a new leaf. I now realize that I have to stop trying to control my W. I simply have to let her go and move on for me. I also know that I need to GAL like mad and start doing things outside of the house. Tomorrow is D's birthday party at my house and Im going to make tomorrow all about her.

My D is absolutely the best thing to ever happen to me. I want her to be proud of me, I will show her that I can be "Super Dad".

You are getting stronger and will continue to get stronger, I can read it in your post. You know exactly what you need to do and you are getting there. Keep up the good work, we all have little backslides, just pick yourself up and dust yourself off and go from there.
