I agree with mark on most of it, but honestly I don't think your h will see thru it. I think she'll try her damndest to play both sides still for a bit. I actually wonder if she'll even tell your h that she was served. I guess because I have no experience with this at all...in my case, the ow was already divorced. but my thoughts are if your h's ow wanted out, she would have left her h a while ago. something is keeping them in their marriages (your h and her). either they aren't ready for reality (secret romance is sooo fun and all that crap), or they don't quite trust each other, or they know they are screwed money wise and haven't got their ducks in a row quite yet. and yeah, there is always the possibility that they aren't quite ready to cut ties with their spouses yet. funny how that is my last thought. god, I'm jaded.
