FLTC My understanding is forgiveness is automatic and trust is earned. If what you say is true I agree it is on her. I agree on your approach you are not giving up but triaging resources where it will do the most good.
I'm glad it is working out over there in the West. It was a daily scrap then. Funny how one got used to it. There were days I talked to people I knew were Muj and we agreed someday we may meet in some cafe in Cario on friendlier terms over chi.

First to FLTC, I feel for you and your troops....TG and X-Mas were by far the toughest time to be in Iraq. Seems like things are much better than when I was over there. Please keep up the great work and know that you have our support.
COG, you are an insperation.
Swimmer, I've appreciated your support as a battle buddy.
BTW....if my situation doesn't work out...I may just volunteer to go back....crazy talk I know, but at least I was busy and it was a very rewarding, but $hitty experience. I would take in an extra year in Iraq just to get my marriage back.

Have you read Michelle's article on Forgiveness? (Title is something like Forgiveness is a Gift you Give Yourself). I certainly need work in that department.
