CVA, not a matter or rewiring your brain, just using what works for you. Don't know if anyone's put it to you this way, but, you're a reasonably successful business guy. Why not think of this whole DBing thing with your W as a business plan. It's a project, you've got to start with a, b, c to eventually get to z.

Hey CVA, Ever try Yoga? It has multiple good qualities, not the least of which is going to Yoga class with a bunch of really flexible hotties! Seriously though, I have been using the techniques more and more to cope with my stich. Also got a book by the Dalai Lama entitled The Way to a Meaningful Life which is very helpful in letting go of all of the cr@p you can't change. SD

I like Heim's idea of approaching this as a business project. Maybe in that realm your view would shift a bit and you might see your options differently.

BTW, who wants to go to see Matchbox 20 with me in Texas in Feb 28th? Hopefully I will get my new friend to go but after today's email, I think I have completely freaked her out...meaning she doesnt want to get involved w/ me (married, have a lot to work out personally)...smart woman.
Does not mean I dont want to hang out with her cuz I do, just acknowledging that if that is the case, one thing I have learned is that there is no reason to worry about it.
Told her I am still interested in buying her house.
We'll see. She is a cutie by any stretch and seems to have a good head on her shoulders (nice shoulders!), ugh, one day...one day.
