Thanks nut... it's funny you say that. Pretty much our whole marriage I kept hearing "Quit acting like my father"
Now at times I will admit I was acting like that.. mostly because she was acting like an immature little girl.
Then I'd get the "You don't treat me as an equal"
Lots of immaturity issues.
She's 26 with 2 kids.. what does it take to grow up?
Lots of things.. she's a quitter. This is easily the longest job she's ever held. She runs into problems and then quits. No different here. Until she realizes that she's the problem and addresses it, she's going to have a tough time with life.
I keep having that vision of Stuart Smalley.. "I'm going to do a terrific show today! And I'm gonna help people! Because I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and, doggonit, people like me!"
