Need Help and Advice

I am in dire need of some help. My Husband has gotten very very very ugly. He won't even talk to me anymore. He backs off on everything he promises. Now he is going to take the money out of the account so I can not pay the bills.

I talked to one lawyer today and (the same one who told me I could go to family court) is now telling me that I won't be able to get the money I need to pay bills unless I file for divorce.

I did not want to file for divorce and now I am being forced to. What is he doing to me? Should I go ahead and file for divorce even though I do not want to?
