Congratulations on your weight loss, how much? I've lost over 55lbs myself. Started before WAW/MLC problems. Had quad bypass 10/15/07 and lost 13 since.

I would continue to wear your ring, I still do out of respect for the vows I took. I have never worn it at work, I work in an industry where I could lose my finger if I got it caught in some machinery or across a live electrical circuit.

I was wearing W's ring around my neck for a while, to keep it close to my heart. I've since stopped because it's the ring I gave her for our 25yr anniv, she left it when she left. It was a $8k ring.
