IC - I haven't been following along, so I don't know what kind of cancer you have or where you're at in your treatment. Just want to mention a couple of things:
- some chemo can affect your mood or your hormones. If you've been down, you might consider checking your thyroid and testosterone levels.
Thanks Ellie,
I'm fairly early on in my treatment. Went for my first introductry visit through hell almost two weeks ago and had a few other issues on the plate (other than the chemo) that may have led to me feeling down as well.
The last couple days have been on the plus side, although a little difficulty sleeping tonight Energy levels...so - so.. it kind of comes and goes. The thing that has thrown me for a loop is I get these bursts of energy...except at 2 or 3 in the morning and then at times when I would like more energy...I feel like a rag doll..go figure
I've got another doctor's appt. next week, I'll add your comments to my list of questions for them...Thanks Ellie
Corri, Kid, what can I say...thank you doesn't quite get it, but Thank you ! Thank you for helping me get my head back in the game. I'm gonna play it MY way and let everything else worry about ME for a change. I'm winding up for a blazing slap shot...might break my stick and land on my azz..might miss the net altogether..but at least I'll know that nothing happened due to lack of effort
OK, now I'm tired...good night folks, or should I say good morning ?
